We have some precision testing equipment, such as 3D measuring instrument, High-precision projector, and High-precision height gauge, and set up the strict quality standard to ensure the quality of each mould. Fully strict inspection at each process will be done from material choosing, embryo material processing, template heating, machining to mold assembly and trial.

Anytek has a total of 49 sets of plastic injection machines (Type: Taichung, Bochuang, Longheng, Chen Hsong) which exert force between 80~165 tons and are capable of producing various kinds of plastic parts to meet the customer’s requirements. Plastic molds are various in types. Crusher and automatic gripping machine are also available, in which the gripping machine can automatically upward and downward plastics to allow one person to charge several machines.

Anytek has a total of 20 sets of precision stamping machines which exert force between 25 ~ 80 tons. We adopt the progressive stamping that allows multiple stamping operations to be performed in a single mold, which improves the preciseness and efficiency. We can stamp various materials, including brass, phosphor bronze, stainless steel, and iron etc. Besides, we also invested more in many automatic molding machines which can produce various kinds of high spring products according to material ductility. With our own facilities for surface treatment and heat treatment, we are able to ensure the quality standard till the last step of making metal products and meet the environmental requirements.

Through the development of many years, Anytek has now hundreds of precision lathes, drilling machines, tapping machines, and the production lines are equipped with some advanced and efficient CCD automatic inspection equipment to inspect the key dimensions of every part/component precisely and ensure the quality. Anytek adopts the Taiwan imported advanced screw manufacturing equipment and molds, and possesses dozens of  screw manufacturing equipment, such as heading machine, slot sawing machine, screw netting machine, threading machine, washer assembly machine. The screw productivity has reached to a certain scale. The complete screw workmanship and mature production technology effectively reduce the production cost. Each operator is trained strictly, which not only improves the production efficiency but also ensures the product quality.

According to the requirements of different products, we divide the assembly line into two major parts--manual and automation. Apart from the ability to design/develop the manual gauges to assist assembly, we design and improve the relevant automation/inspection facilities as well to ensure the product quality and improve the production efficiency.
